By purchasing a membership, course, digital product or downloadable item from Bride & Tested, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Terms
Bride & Tested Membership is a subscription-based service. By signing up, you agree to pay the recurring monthly membership fee until your subscription is cancelled.
Your membership gives you access to the content, resources and benefits included within your current membership plan at the time of subscription.
We reserve the right to update, amend or improve membership content, features and included resources at any time.
2. Access to Courses & Member Content
Any courses, training materials, videos, templates, downloads, guides or resources included within the Bride & Tested Membership are for personal use only.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• video lessons
• planning resources
• downloadable templates
• worksheets
• guides
• checklists
• spreadsheets
• community content
You must not:
• share your login details with anyone else
• allow another person to access your account
• copy, reproduce or distribute any membership content
• upload, forward or share any videos, resources or downloads outside of the membership
• resell, rebrand, redistribute or claim any Bride & Tested materials as your own
Any downloadable resources provided are for your own personal wedding planning use only.
3. Downloadable Products
Bride & Tested sells a range of digital products and downloadable resources, including but not limited to:
• PDFs
• checklists
• planning guides
• spreadsheets
• templates
• trackers
• digital tools
All downloadable products are sold for personal use only and must not be:
• copied
• shared
• reproduced
• edited for resale
• redistributed
• rebranded
• sold on
• given away as your own
Once purchased, downloadable products are yours to keep and use for your own personal planning purposes.
4. Non-Refundable Downloadables
Due to the nature of digital products, all downloadable purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This applies to all instant downloads, digital files, templates, spreadsheets, guides, checklists and planning resources sold through Bride & Tested.
Because these products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.
5. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Bride & Tested Membership at any time through your account while logged in.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to continue.
We do not offer refunds for:
• partial months used
• unused time remaining in a billing period
• missed use of membership content
• failure to cancel before your renewal date
6. Membership Refunds
As Bride & Tested Membership includes immediate access to digital content, resources and member materials, refunds are generally not guaranteed.
However, if you feel the membership is not right for you, refund requests may be considered at our discretion within 30 days of your original purchase, provided that:
• you have watched no more than 4 course videos
• you have not downloaded, copied or shared any member-only resources
• you contact us within 30 days of purchase
If approved, refunds will only apply to the relevant membership payment and not to any future or previous billing periods.
To request a membership refund, please contact us with:
• your full name
• the email address used to sign up
• confirmation of how much of the content you have accessed
• confirmation that you have not downloaded or shared the content
• the reason for your refund request
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is evidence of substantial use, downloading, copying or sharing of content.
7. Community Guidelines
If your membership includes access to a community space, forum or member discussion area, you agree to use it respectfully.
You must not:
• post abusive, offensive or harmful content
• harass, bully or disrespect other members
• spam, self-promote excessively or misuse the space
• share inappropriate, unlawful or defamatory content
We reserve the right to remove content and/or cancel memberships where behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.
8. Account Misuse & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership, access or account without refund if you:
• breach these terms and conditions
• share your account or login details
• copy, steal or distribute our content
• misuse the membership or community space
• use Bride & Tested content for commercial purposes without permission
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
